The installation of the very first STEM-focused gLOWCOST detector at Frederick Douglass High School (FDHS) was led by Dr. Megan Connors and Ms. Dietra Hazelwood (Gifted/STEAM Lab Educator at FDHS). The detector was installed on October 11, 2024 by a team from GSU (Megan Connors, Enosh Herath Mudiyanselage, Tharindu Hettiarachchi, and Xiaochun He). Data is sent to a data server at GSU hourly.
